What is The Paleo Crave?
Paleo Crave is a Paleo based meal program, that offers participants multiple meal plan options, prepared and delivered fresh daily for your enjoyment.
What does the Paleo Plan Consist of?
The Paleo Crave Plan consists of 5 different meal options, along with 4 different size options:
1) Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, + Snack.
2) Breakfast & Lunch + Snack.
3) Lunch and Dinner + Snack.
4) Kids Plan Lunch.
All meals delivered fresh daily, 5 days a week
Is the Kids Meal Plan based On Paleo?
No. The Kids Meal Plan is not based on Paleo, but it is healthy, kid-friendly food. These meals will consist of brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, beans, etc. We do not base kids meals on paleo. Kids need these healthy carbs to burn off during the day.
What are the times of delivery?
We deliver Sunday evening through Thursday evening, for Monday to Friday consumption.
If no one is home upon delivery, what happens to my food?
On your first meal order, you will receive an insulated paleo bag to go along with a cooler. In the instance that no one will be home upon food delivery, we ask you to leave your cooler outside. In doing so, we will be able to place the food containers inside the cooler and cover them with ice.
Will there be a charge for my insulated paleo bag & cooler?
Yes, there will be a one time, $25 deposit fee, which you will get back after stopping the services and returning the equipment.
How do the meals come packaged?
All of our meals arrive in individual, recyclable/ microwaveable, safe containers.
How long should we heat the food for?
That depends on your microwave. Typically, between 75-120 seconds.
Can I place the food container inside the microwave?
Yes, they are microwave safe.
Can I place the food container inside the oven?
No, they are not oven safe.
What Payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discovercard. You can also pay via Paypal. If you wish to pay by cash or check, you may give it to our delivery person upon receiving your first meal of the week.
How do I start?

When is the latest I can place an order?
Orders must be placed by Saturday night. Any orders after that time will be applied to the following week.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order prior to receiving your first meal for the week. After you have received your first meal for the week, we will complete the services for the remainder of the week.
During delivery will my food be kept refrigerated?
Yes, during transport all food will be placed inside a chest refrigerator and keep cool.
